In our small resort, Marco and his family will share with you their great passion for food and wine, inviting you to taste typical products: olive all'ascolana (stuffed olives), ciauscolo (salami made of pork meat), caciotta (a type of cheese), ragù (minced meat sauce), Portonovo wild mussels, ciambellone (a sort of bundt cake) prepared with Varnelli (anise liqueur),... We are always ready to share our recipes and we also organize cooking classes on request with Brunella, our legendary Chef.
You can order special dishes and have them delivered to your accommodation on the day you wish.
