“Ventinpoppa” (wind at the stern) is the name of our DamaBlu bistro. It´s the casual alternative to our elegant restaurant where you`ll get smaller dishes, inspired by the plainer fare of the kitchen in the Italian Marche Region, we call it “fatto in casa”. Our best-quality-program: many of the products are ordered directly from small traditional Italian farms in the region. For most of us “Marchigiani” Italians excellent food and wine is quite a “religion”. It´s “amore” served on a plate!
By the way: our bistro serves traditional Italian breakfast with good Italian coffee, cappuccino or milk coffee, croissant or other sweet pastries, called “paste”.
