Price and Rules of the house Summer 2011

Our prices are per week and apartment (in Euro).

What is included in the price?

Rental fee, bed linen and Bathroom towels – changed weekly, water, electricity, gas, taxes and final cleaning / disinfection (DiversyLever), 1 parking place on the ground of the residence & bungalow resort, use of the pool with jaccuzzi-function, solarium, use of tennis court, soccer and basketball court, ping-pong, rental bikes, playground and miniclub (the latter only in july and august), several toys for children (due to availability) as well as Wi-Fi (cordless internet access).

• Early Summer and Late Summer-Offer: 5% discount starting at the first day of the third week, arriving before the / or at the 11th june or after the 20nd august;
• Summer-Offer: 5% discount if you stay for 3 weeks, arriving at the 09th of july or the 13th august;
• Longer-Holidays-Offer: 5% discount staying 4 weeks or longer.

Our service at the beach: 1 parasol, 2 sunloungers, use of shower and playground on the beach, use of the beachvolley-court, of billiard and ping-pong: Weeks price: € 40 in period A; € 70 in period B; € 90 in the periods C and D. Discount of 10 % booking 2 or more weeks!
Childrens cot (for children up to 2 years of age): € 20 per week.
Coin-washing machine: € 3 per coin/washing (coin = Italian: gettone).

Breakfast at our Bar-Café
Acquagym: € 4,- per person; tennis-lessons in a small group: € 8,- per person; sailing lesson in a small group: 10,- € per person.

Rules of the House

1. The apartments musn´t be habited in more persons than indicated in our price list (including toddlers).
2. Your reservation becomes valid – after our agreement – with the arrival of your credit transfer of 40% of the complete costs of your stay and this within 3 days after announcing your reservation and signing our form. The balance of account will have to be paid at the day of your arrival and handover of your apartment.
3. The stay begins weekly every Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm. The departure shall be untill 9 am at the day of your departure. Sorry, but we can make exceptions only in rare cases after having been informed and agreed in time.
4. To garantee pleasant and relaxing holidays to all of our guests, in the apartments it´s not allowed to wear noisy shoes or heels. Please avoid noisy moving of furniture and put a moderate volume, listening to radio or watching tv. We ask for quiteness during the following rest times: 2pm to 4pm and 11 pm to 8am.
5. We work hard to keep well the furniture of our holiday apartments – please do the same, taking care of a gentle use of furniture and equipment! At the passing over of the keys the key money of 150 Euro will have to be paid. This amount will be restored at the end of your stay – if there have been no damages. Please leave your kitchen tidy when you leave – your contribution to keep our rental fees low! In case you will be leaving in the early morning and at your departure the reception won´t be open yet, it`s possible to send you the key money by transfer (after the final control of your apartment).
6. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in our residence & holiday bungalows. And it´s neither allowed to bring your own barbecue.
7. Please respect the following rules of the house:
   Please put a bathing cap and take a shower before using our well kept pool, respecting the hung out opening hours.
   Please notice the opening hours and book in time at the following facilities and services: rental bikes, ping-pong, tennis court, soccer-, basketball- and volleyball-court as well as the fitness center.
   Our coin-washing mashine is at exclusive disposal of our guests, opening hours and using instructions are hung out. We reserve ourselves modifications of the using conditions.
8. Cancellations need to be in written form. If you cancel until one day before you reserved stay would start, we keep the advance as an indemnification. If you inform us about your cancellation untill 5 working days before the begin of your planned stay, and if we manage to rent the apartment you had booked to another guest, we will send you back 50% of the advance. If you cancel after the first day of your reserved stay, we will keep the complete booking amount.
9. If a guest doesn´t respect these rules of house, the landlord may retrogress from the rental and from the agreement taken for your stay.
