Seaside Hotel & Bungalow Resort

Please make your choice: between apartments of different sizes (with or without garden access) and the solid Italian style brick bungalows with your own little garden. Whatever you may choose - Casa Ginestre, Villa Dante, Casa dei Pini and the DamaBlu bungalows are all equipped functionally and comfortably. All buildings have been restored and furnished in modern Italian style in the last few years.
Every apartment is equipped with shower and hairdryer, some of the apartments have also a second w/c for guests. Furthermore you have a kitchenette or kitchen with safety-gas-stove. For cool drinks on hot Italian summer days, you have at your disposal a combined refrigerator-freezer (in the 3- and 4-bed-apartments an external freezer).
To make your Italian vacation totally relaxing, we have provided the apartments with semi-orthopedic mattresses with slatted frames. We provide the bedclothes and – if you wish – also the towels. A laundry with two coin-washing machines is available for our guests.
All DamaBlu holiday apartments and bungalows are equipped with garden furniture and sunloungers.

(2-room-apartments, 2-4 beds, with garden (Typ N) or with terrace (Typ O)

Part of the “Whin-House” are eight 2-room-apartments, each of them are 35 comfortably furnished sqm – With a nice pool-view set in our mediterranean garden. You´ll enjoy the typical Italian flower and pine tree scents in the mild Adriatic breeze.
Our guests in the four first floor apartments enjoy an Adriatic sea view, sitting on their own terrace (TYP O). The four garden-apartments (Typ N) on the ground floor instead each have their own terrace with garden access.
All apartments include a sitting room an open kitchen, a sleeping couch, a two-bed-sleeping room and a bathroom with shower.

•Villa Dante

The mediterranean villa with a huge veranda on the front side includes a vast 70-sqm-apartment on the verandas side (Type A): These maisonette-holiday-apartments each have 3 rooms on two levels with veranda, garden and terrace with Adriatic sea view. The other holiday apartments contain 2 sleeping rooms (each with double bed), a sitting room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and lavatory.
On the other side of the villa, with comfortable ground floor access, you can book 2-room-apartments, each of 35 sqm. The 2-room-apartments Type E are constructed with a little patio, double bedroom, sitting room with sofa bed, small kitchen and bathroom ensuite. The 2 “Typ D” 2-room-apartments are equipped with a little patio, double bed room and a third bed as well as a sitting room with little kitchen and en suite bathroom.

•Casa dei Pini

In a little more privacy lies Casa dei Pini next to the park of our neighbour, Villa Leopardi. On the ground floor are located 2-room-flats (Typ E) with access to our mediterranean garden.
On the first floor we have 2-room-apartments with a nice terrace (Typ H, approx. 40 sqm). These 2-room-apartments have a sitting room with fully equipped little kitchen and sofa/bed, a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. The larger 2-room-maisonettes you`ll find on the second floor (Type M and L). On two levels, you will find great for your Italian holiday in the mild Adriatic breeze. It has a sitting room with a sofa/bed, and fully equipped little kitchen also a balcony with Adriatic sea view. You have the choice between flats with 2 or 3 double bed-rooms and two bathrooms – one of them with shower.
